Heh, yeah! I was thinking along the lines of like, real news and dates and whatnot - Like, when you have an upcoming event (such as the ball, quadwizard tournament) we can post it in the paper (winners of the task, scores, challenges, interviews), and have the results published in the "paper" or whatever, you know?
Would we post our finished results on a new webpage, and have the meetings go on in the clubs board? Or will we post finished results on the boards? This part is a bit iffy =\

Accccce ideas yer having. =) This will be very cool. I think it would be quite funny if we also did a little bit of taking REAL news and giving a 'magical' explanation or addition to it. xD Like the war in Iraq could have something to do with the Dark Arts or wizard turmoil. =P And 'funnily enough' stories could have magical twists that muggles wouldn't know about!

I wouldn't do the war in Iraq... Just saying I don't want it done because my dad served over there, one of the first over there in 2003. Didn't see him for months... so, I'm just asking, if you do do real life events, just don't do the Iraq War.

Sorry about the sensitive subject, Leigh =\ I'm sure if we do real news, we'll keep it down to Hurricanes and things; You know, less controversial stuff.
It's a good idea- the real news thing, though. Nice =)

And, with great originality, it shall be called The Daily Prophet? I'll help a bit. =P Eddies is trying to set up a school newspaper for the coming year, woop! BTW are you doing it too, Liz? A maybe a guest writter. Come on Rudy forgets i even sit next to him in lessons the chances of him letting me join in with his newspaper is crazy.

It's alright, just one of those touchy subjects, y'know? BUt thanks for understanding. I mean, real life events would be cool to do anyway, like in one of my lesson threads or early on, I mentioned Merlin was a real wizard. I think its an old thread from the library.

lol Yeah, I think in JK's universe Merlin was real. I mean Order of Merlin First Class - must be real. Must have been like... Caesar or something...

Caesar was real in our world... just not a very likeable person in our day and age. I loved doing Romans in Ancient History though... hated The Greeks though.

I think I did Romans in Year 3... scared the crap out of me.
For some reason I like Caesar and I don't know why...
