it be kind of odd to set up though, wouldn't it?
i think there should be more activities, like more quidditch and some more Dances.
and if we could think of more ways of earning points too.

I think once prefects/heads/teachers/quidditch players have been determined through whatever means, then there should be a system of responsibilty - if you don't post on matches or threads or whatever, you have to give up whichever one of these ranks you're hogging - it stinks being active and seeing all those dead people with positions and roles next to their names - including teachers!  |

Yay! And I know it sounds like a huge task, but it would be a lot better if say teachers or whatever picked the prefects/head people/captains - and then the captains pick the players (and not just their friends, but like active people who sound like they'd give a good game play and interact a lot). Yeah and Owlry sounds great great great!  Games Keeper hut, greenhouses and vegtable patch would be cool too. |

sounds like everyone has good ideas to me! I was thinking of something though, we could have a "summer" thread (with a better title of course) saying what people did over the summer in character of course! What do you think? People could make up all sorts of adventures and it'd show character very well I think.

If you're going to add boards (which would be a good idea imo) I have a few suggestions.
In your Corridor board: The Kitchens, The Dungeons, Prefects Bathroom, The Entrance Hall (If you fancy it, some forums don't break boards up so individually.), Astronomy Tower.
The owlery suggestion is a good one as well. It just seems like your boards are overflowing with threads. It'll be neater this way, and allow more posting room.
Also, you could start a Club board. I see you've already got The Guild, and The Dueling club. It'd be cool to have more clubs in which students can participate, no? (Such as S.P.E.W or the Exploding Snap clubs)
Of course, I haven't been here long at all so i'm not sure how you like to operate, or if you have some of the above already.

I have a question. when does term two begin?? Term Two will start when the RP Month is in September, but when that happens is dependant on what happens about Summer. Firstly, do people want to RP the Summer? Secondly, any preferences/ideas for it? (I havent forgotten what you posted here Matt) I was thinking, maybe we should have an owlry. I've been planning sorting this all out for term 2. In fact, I'm often talking to Patrick about this sort of thing, he must be sick of it. =P I made positions first come, first serve this term, because it was the beginning of the site. But now it is more established, with more people, (in true word of UCAS people), I can select more, rather than recruit. All head/prefect/quidditch and most teacher positions (those who are active, can keep or change their subject - already decided who automatically stays on) will become available again next term. And positions will be given out based on activity, posting ability etc. and made available again if someone is inactive. Aye, I agree with you there. I think the Corridors board needs some extra subboards. The Owlry should be one definately I think. Hmm, I'm trying to think which of those would be particularly popular - The Dungeons would be I think..? What places are people interested in having? And whilst we're on the subject, would people be interested in having a subbord The Common Room? - a common room for any person from any house to go in. I'm liking the Clubs board idea as well, because somehow the current clubs feel oddly placed. Can we have a tournament?
