Draco smirked, "Only slightly." He said, pushing his way towards the Ravenclaw. "I'll hit the spell at you, if you'd like, since he," he pointed toward Jerred, "seems to be incapable." He finished. "Though what else would you expect from Bonehead."
Then, he dug in his pocket, looking for his wand, "Any preference to what spell I should use- Oh, right." He looked at the Ravenclaw in the eye.
"I can only help if you return my wand."

"No returning the wand." Jerred said. "Sure, Helia." He said as he approached her. She chanted the spell, and he waited until the right moment to knocked her wand out of her hand. Unfortunately her wand knocked out and the red sparks hit him, sprawling him on the ground as he saw a small brown mouse with purple butterfly wings on his chest. "Whoa..."

She gingerly picked her wand up again, "Now for the test..." she picked up the little brown mouse and aimed her wand at it, "Banishka." she muttered. Upon seeing the little mouse still in her hand she laughed. "It works! It really truly works! I doubt if it would work on a larger animal but... Oh gracious, this is amazing!!" she saw the little mouse flap its wings and start to fly about her head. "Jerred it worked!" she hugged him. "It worked it worked it worked!" she chanted as she danced around the room. "Oh snap... There's no way to hide her from the teachers now. Oh, I should've thought this through better..." the little mouse finally landed back in her hand. "Well, I guess now that you're not feeding on magic I ought to find you something to eat, huh?" the little mouse wiggled its whiskers approvingly at the thought. "Alright then... Lets see here how about... cheese? You are a mouse after all." a vast array of cheeses appeared on the table. She set the little mouse on the table beside the cheese buffet and turned to the guys, "Now we have a problem. If any of the teachers see her... well... it'll be... not good to say the least... I suppose it's time to obliviate your memory then Malfoy, and Jerred, you and I will have to think up somewhere to hide her."

Draco watched the mouse twitch gleefully in Ollivander's hand, and his eyebrow formed a fine arch. "Not the ugliest mouse I've seen..." He said, his voice slightly filled with awe, his eyes avoiding that of the Ravenclaw's.
Then, finally regaining his composure, he glared. "You can't wipe away my memory, Ollivander. I doubt you're as skilled as you say you are- No one student can perform that spell, and even those who can, have their targets suffering through one or another of the many sideaffects." Then, slightly smiling, he looked at the shelves of potions, scanning through them once more.
"Though, I suppose my wellbeing is the furthest thing from your mind." He said coldly, his eyes turning back to the pair of students. "My wand, and i'll be leaving- and I wont utter a word of this to anyone, you have my word and I have honor." He said arrogantly, with a sniff.

"I'm afraid I don't trust your word alone. You'd be surprised how much wiping your memory is for your benefit and well being. And I don't have to rely on my power alone, I'm sure Jerred here would feed my spell, but the thing is you have no idea what you've just witnessed, and it's probably better that way, but the fact that you might realize it at any moment puts yourself, myself, and Jerred all in danger..." she thought for a moment, "Now... if you were willing to make the unbreakable vow, I might restrain myself from wiping your memory... but I don't think you're willing to do that are you? But I'll leave the choice up to you. Obliviate, and forget the last... oh hour let's call it? Just to be on the safe side, or you can make the vow, and risk the fact that if you snitch, you'll die. Call it." she never thought she would pull something like this, but the fact that she purposely could turn an Exdamentia into a real living, breathing, eating creature with its own will... well it posed some definate problems.

Jerred walked to Malfoy, and stood there, staring at him in the eye. "Your word? Your word is nothing but pathetic, slime covered crap!" Jerred spat. "You had better keep your mouth shut, or I'll conjure a dragon to play with you as he see's fit."

Draco's eyes hardened, feeling a rage fire through his body at the fact that his word alone wasn't enough. He snarled, his teeth clenching.
"I had respect for you, Ollivander, but you're no better than I am, to be honest." He said, his robes billowing as he stomped away to gather his stuff.
"Unbreakable vow." He said with scorn, "Go ahead, only remember there are ways for me to tell without meaning to, if you're willing to have my life on your conscious, then go right ahead."

She shook her head, "No. I just wanted to see if you were as serious about your word as you acted. I'll take you at your word," she shook his hand, "But know this, I have just trusted you with something that even some of my very closest friends will not know about for a very long time. That being said, most teachers will not believe you if you tell them I've done anything wrong and if you do tell I will think up some hanously possible rumour that will spread faster than wild fire that will humiliate you until your dying day, do you understand?"

Draco couldn't help the smile from creeping onto his face as he shook the Ravenclaw's hand. "Right, then...Like I said, you have my word, and it means more than you think it does." He said, wiping his hands on his robes, almost jokingly. Then, letting himself fall onto one of the chairs, which had appeared out of thin air in the godly room, he grabbed a potion off the shelf.
"This is a rather nice room, could really help with experimenting," he said, more to himself than anything.

"You probably could help, Malfoy, but the fact of the matter is, we don't want, nor need your help. This room supplies everything we need and whatever you're going to try and create would most likely end up trying to kill us. So, if you think you could eave without causing a scene, it would be greatly appreciated."

Draco smirked, leaning his chair on the two back legs. Slowly tilting his chair back to it's original state, he stood up walking toward a shelf of books that had appeared in the room, next to a set of cauldrons.
"I didn't say I'd help YOU experiment," he said arrogantly, his eyes vacant other than the slightly possessed glint. "I meant I'd rather like to experiment myself- You know, take a look at the books, the potions... This library is even more extensive than the one at the Manor."
Walking back to his seat, he looked at Ollivander and Chase, his eyebrows arched elegantly. "I'm only reading, I expect these books can't be taken out of this room." He explained, his thingyy smirk fading.
"Plus, I think you deserve a little bit of annoyance after what you did to my wand!" He said, pursing his lips.
(OOC: Sorry for stalling the RP, I would have replied sooner but my car decided to get stuck in a crap load of snow and break down. YES, snow in march, TONS of it. It's insane, isn't it? Stupid chilly weather, breaking down my antique, (disgusting '92 honda) precious car.

(ooc: Ha ha, you sound like one of my friends.)
She walked over to the stack of books and found titiles such as: 'Dark magic for the dark hearted', 'Advanced spells, hexes, and incantations', and 'Forgivable ways to get away with Unforgivable Curses'. "Well, that's quite enough of that... I'm sorry Malfoy, but this just has to be done." she put the tip of her wand to Draco's head and said, "Obliviate." a silver stream of light left her wand and she was suddenly watching everything that happened to Malfoy that day, in reverse. She followed along until she found the point in his memory she wanted him to forget from. It was Malfoy, seeing her and Jerred walk into the room of requirement, "Obliviate!" she said, pulling her wand away. 'Oh, that took it out of me...' she mumbled as she reached for the shelf of potions. She grabbed one labelled 'Magic Restorative' and drank it. Feeling her energy return she stood up and looked at Malfoy, "Looks like it worked both ways..." she said as she saw Draco slumped over in his chair. "Alright, now how can I get him out of here... Mobili-Malfoy." she said. The sleeping Draco stood up and started walking, "Banishka." she said, and the guard mastiff dog from earlier disappeared. Malfoy continued walking, straight out the door. "Finite." she said, and Malfoy slumped back down in the corridor. "Come one Jerred, we've got to get out of here." she grabbed a revival draught and stuck it under Malfoys nose. When he started sneezing she shut the door to the Room of Requirement, which promptly disappeared, and she and Jerred ran down the stairs, and out of sight by the time Malfoy was fully awake. 'When he does wake up,' she thought to herself as she ran 'He won't be able to remember the room of requirement, the mouse, or anything before the moment he saw me and Jerred. Thos memories are completly gone... thank Merlin.'

(OOC: Ah, I thought you might do that)
When Draco's eyes finally came back into focus, he was standing in a hallway he didn't recognize. His head was pounding vigorously against his skull, and his every time he tried to remember how he had gotten there, a white-hot pain would flash through his head.
Staggering down the stairs, Draco groaned as he had to lean against the stairway, holding his head in his hands. A headache a million times worse than one he had ever experienced started to thud dully in his mind.
Grasping for his wand, he let himself stumble down a few more stairs before clenching his teeth with pain. Then, holding his head with a low groan, he began to trudge through the hallways, toward the infirmary, his eyes glazed over and glassy.
