"What I usually do. Plan my next class, practise my spells or simply study up on the mind link between human and dragons." Leigh said, walking to the window as well. "The mind link with Shiela has given me a strange ability."

Faye crossed her arms and looked at him. "What abilities would those be, then?" she asked, curious. Everything felt quite chilly now, as if she were not used to the room's temperature after what just happened. She rubbed her upper arms. "I've studied a few things, but never a dragon and its master's relationship."

"I am not Shiela's master, nor is she any sort of underling. She is my equal." Leigh said, remembering what his father had taught him about dragons. "Never should one think they are superior to a creature that could easily rip your head off with a flick of it's talon." Leigh stood rigid, looking out the window as he heard a far off scream.
"As for my ability..." Leigh said, holding out his hand. A small orb of purest white light appeared from his palm. He felt the soothing effect of the light when it touched his skin, healing anything that was wrong with him. "Healing light... an advantage but also comes at a great cost..." Leigh closed his hand and fell against the wall, and steadied himself, smiling as he pushed himself up. "I believe... that as Shiela gets older, the stronger the mind link becomes and the stronger the strange magic becomes as well..." Leigh continued.

Faye continued to stare out of the window onto the grounds, her fingers playing mindlessly with one lock of her hair. She nodded occassional, giving him a glance to show that she was listening. When he had finished speaking, Faye finally turned to him and stared at his face for a few moments. "Will I see you over the summer?" she asked bluntly.

"I was hoping that we could." Leigh said, smiling warmly. "For more than obvious reasons." He took her hand in his and kissed it gently.
"I want to spend the summer researching the possibility of an Animagus becoming more than one animal, and as the Professor of Animagi, I was hoping we could spend the time together." He said, kissing her hand again. He looked out the window and felt a warm breeze blow into his face. "I want to get in touch with the animal inside of me, for a short time, granted if you do want to help me?"

Faye smiled a little, charmed. She had been under the impression that Leigh would not be interested in seeing her again. She blushed slightly as he kissed her hand. She did not understand why after they had just done that...
"Ah yes, the Binary Theory. One soul able to have two inner animals. It is, of course, just a theory," she flicked her hair over her shoulder. "But I was also intending to try nonetheless. It would be most lovely if we did it together. Our combined intelligence makes me certain we'll achieve an end. She looked at him, squeezing his hand a little tighter. "And I would be honoured to help you conact the animal inside you. I would perhaps understand the real Leigh Addis?"

"My intelligence is more brawn than brains, I'm afraid." Leigh said, laughing slightly. "Binary Theory? I'm doubtful that it is a theory at all. In Japanese studies I have undertaken, a Samarai has an elemental spirit within themselves. Fire, Water, Wind and Earth. And as you would know animal spirits also reflect those elements accordingly. As for my research and my own tests, I have concluded that every person has a primary element, and some rather gifted people have a secondary element."
"Now, my theory is this, our Animagus forms, yours a butterfly and mine a tiger are our primary forms. Our secondary Animagus forms will be our secondary element, and the animal spirit for that element will be our form." Leigh said, theorising like he had never before. He snapped from his thinking to look bewildered into Fayes eyes. He blushed slightly and laughed a little. He smiled childishly and looked away slightly. "This happens to me every so often..."

"Japanese wizards," Faye mused. "They are the only true weilders of magic, I have always thought. Their skill to gain elements within themselves is unfathomable. They aren't bound to anything..." she stared dreamily at a silver timer, its red core moving angrily as it had always done. The image of her own tutor appeared in her head, their temple just behind him.
Their very own temple, burnt...
Faye stepped away from the window, back towards the bottles of drinks. There was one that was almost empty, a small dreg clinging to the bottom shamefully. Without hesitation she unscrewed it and tipped it back into her mouth.
"I'll leave it to you to arrange out meeting, Leigh. I'm embarrassed to say that I have never chosen to endeavour upon what you're offering before. I'm afraid I have been very much the teacher and not the leaner." she looked back at him. "And I would be very thrilled to find the elements that we have... and perhaps gain more." she smiled.

"I am a tiger, liquid metal. My primary element is water. You are a butterfly, creature of wind, you're primary element is wind. Easily found already." Leigh said, winking as he smiled. "Now, secondary elements are harder to find, by muggle means." Leigh smirked confident as he raised his hand to his chest as his hand burst into flame. Lowering his head, he concentrated on a deeper power that began to resonate within him, filling him with grim determination, iron will and purity of strength.
"Stone..." Leigh said, opening his eyes and feeling strange. He smiled. "Now, an animal of stone..."

Faye glanced at him sideways. 'And how are you so sure that I am air, you metal? There are plenty of mysteries, Leigh.' she said knowingly. 'Just because it seems obvious does not mean it is.' she walked behind her desk and sat down, wondering if she had been a little too scathing. it was unlike her. Why was she being she short this evening?
The woman pulled her robes around herself, chilly. His fire did nothing for her.

Leigh moved his hand away, the flames extinguishing immediately. He looked out the window, feeling an uncomfortable silence entering the room. With a flick of his fingers, the window closed itself and the curtains untied themselves.
"I may as well go, this evening was quite pleasant, to say the least." Leigh said, bowing his head as he headed for the door. "Do take care, Faye."
