[C] The sun does rise

[Girty Hubbles]

Girty had closed her eyes in the idea of gaining so more shut eye. But then she heard a light thud and then it repeat and god louder and louder. Then she heard a muffled sound of Grace shouting. Girty tried to calm down by breath in but she could feel rage building up inside. She was not sure where it was coming from.
Flinging open the lid Girty looked around the room with a face like thunder.
"Will you shut up!"

Grace recoiled like a struck puppy. "I'm sorry, Girt," she said, "I was just playing!" She didn't understand what she had done to deserve that.

[Girty Hubbles]

Girty stood up and moved closer to Grace.
"Well maybe then time to play is over. I said I was going to lie in that trunk to give you time to think. How can dancing around and making a hell of a lot of noise give you time to think." She threw a hand in the direction of the trunk.
"Now Tell me ONE thing you have thought of. One thing Grace!"

Girty looked at grace closely scanning her eyes but then closing her own. She stepped bakcwatrds and fell into the trunk.
"i want to lie her a bit." She whispered quietly.

Grace shrunk backwards as Girty advanced on her. She did not know what had gotten into Girty. And as Girty got back into the trunk, Grace made a dash for the door. She threw it open and ran down the stairs; she did not stop until she reached the bottom and had escaped into the corridor below.

Girty watched Grace leave the room in a hurry.
"Dam you Girty Hubbles!" she shouted at the top of her voice. "You have done it this time. Curse you curse you to the darkest depths of this earth."
She thumbed the side of the trunk which made the lid come crashing down. It hit Girty on the head with a lot of force and knocked her unconscious. Her legs sticked out as the lid had forced the rest of her down.
