"Wow" Girty was fascinated by the shinny writing. "Very fancy. Bet there is not a book about my family." She touched her nose with her fingure and then continued to tap it.

Grace smiled up at Girty from her book. "Apparently Marks is a well respected magical family," she said matter-of-factly, "but there was a warlock who broke away to be with the muggle he loved. He had forsaken all magical ties to his family and is destiny to be with her. Quite romantic," she mused.

Girty nodded slowly, fascinated in Graces family history. "Yep sounds just like my parents. But i can never imagine my dad being romantic" She giggled lightly to herself but was still fascinated at the book and what wounder may lie in it.

Grace giggled at Girty and saw a twinkle in her eye. She smiled and held out the book for Girty to take. "Look," she said, "look!"

Girty took hold of the book and looked in wonder. "Do i need to wear a pair of white gloves or something to stop my greasy hands damaging the pages." She laughed a little and just sat staring at the front cover.

Grace laughed. "No!" she mused, "Don't be silly!" She watched Girty's face as she watched the cover of the old, dirty book. "It won't turn it's own pages you know!" Then, realizing the absurdity of what she had say, added, "though you might have to ask really nicely. Then it might."

Girty smiled and laughed. When she opened up the front cover the pages were dark but the pen man ship was beautiful. She was took back a little and laughed lightly. As she careful turned the pages he came across a family tree in it. "You should add yourself. She giggled as she looked up at Grace.

Girty smiled and sat up. "Well then why don't you. Your not vandalizing it your just...updating it." Girty placed the book on Graces lap and pulled over a table. "I think you should acknowledge your heritage if you do not mind me saying."

Grace smiled up at Girty and nodded. "Yes," she said pulling out a quill and etched her name in the roots of the tree. "There!" she said and showed it to Girty, "how's that?"

Girty nodded and pulled out a pair of glasses from her pocket. She placed them on the end of her nose and studied the paper. "Indeed very good." she looked up to Grace and smiled. "But remember to leave space so you can draw a line form your name connecting it to Henry Boggleworth.." Girty laughed and ducked thinking that she might have the book thrown at her for the comment.

"HA!" Grace spat, "that's a good on! And I suppose you and Mort will be getting hitched some time soon." She smirked at Girty and then remembered her self. She giggled and leaned back in her seat. "Nah, you know I'm just kidding!" She looked away from Girty and cleared her throat.

Girty looked at Grace with her glasses lopsided. "How did you know?" She joked and sat on the arm of Grace's chair while trying to put her glasses back on straight. "Nope heart of stone i have." she smiled at Grace and wondered what could have made her say what she did even if it was a joke.

Grace giggled at Girty. Then sighed. She stared at the fire and hummed to herself, nodding slightly.
