Girty was still angry from the night before with the incident in the forest. She had gone straight to bed and when she left in the morning did not bother to see if they were there. She stormed down towards the lake in hope to release some anger. She picked up a few stones and started throwing them into the water, while mumbling to herself. "Blooming idiots. Meant to be friends Blooming traitors."

Boggleworth followed Girty at a safe distance, he could easily see she was annoyed but he wanted to try and smooth over the situation. "Not calling me a traitor I hope Girt?" he enquired cheerfully.

A voice floated into Girtys ears. The one voice she did not want to hear. She spun around and looked at Bog. "Have a guilty conscious do you then?" she then took another hand full of stones before turning around to throw more back into the lake.

When she had run out of stones again she turned back to Boggleworth. "Where is lover girl. Surprised you are not joined at the hip or should i expect her to come running after you soon."
Girty took a deep breath ready for Bogs answer she knew she was digging a deep pit and the longer she went the harder it would be to get out of it. But she did not want to stop.

Boggleworth laughed at Girt's snide comment and decided to use it against her as he sat down he said cheerfully "and what, pray tell, is the problem with that? I love her Girt and there's nothing anything or anybody can do to stop that!"

Girty was getting wond up and started to become sarcastic. "You love her? You know what i did not know that. How could i be so stupid." Scooping up another handful of stones she spun around throwing the stones harder into the lake whole still shouting.
"You know i thought you may have been when you two ran off into the forest leaving me in the cave. What ever Grace says you think it is so cute and kiss her, forgive her even if she is thinking the same as me. But no as it is me who says it. Poor pathetic Girty. The only way to keep her in place is shout at her. Well it is my turn to shout now Bog. I have the guts."

"Good on ye Girt!" said Boggleworth happily totally unphased. "I forgive anything you do too Girt, you mean a lot to me too!"

Bog said this at the wrong time. Girty was in mid throw with a stone but the idea of forgiveness posed her and she spun around on the spot to face him. However part of her brain was still telling her to let go of the stone. As she did is flew straight at Bog. She froze for a second before remembering why she was so angry and a simple I forgive anything
Girty took another deep breath. "Bog off Bog!"

Girty had good or was it lucky aim, the stone hit Boggleworth right near Boggleworth's left eye and it was thrown hard, Boggleworth yelped "bloody hell!" he clutched his eye, though luckily the stone had peirced his skin first but it was very close to his left eye. Right next to his left eye, his skin bled profusly. Boggleworth groaned in pain and fell to the floor putting pressure on his head to try to stem the bleeding. ruddy hell he moaned in his head I deserved it but still. He stumbled to his feet ignoring Girty and began to limp slowly back up to the castle feeling faint and groggy.

Girty watched Bog lip away. A faint smile appeared on her face as she turned away. Running away because of a scratch she thought she then turned around and shouted after him. "Some brave solider Bog. I'm sure if you had an audience you would play up to them!"

Boggleworth grimaced now that's ruddy un-called for, but he didn't speak he didn't want to upset Girty so he just continued to limp off, her words ringing in his ears and haunting him. words I shall always remember he thought maybe that's the true Girt. He limped off back to the castle into the corridors on his way to the infirmary.

Girty saw him walk off. She thought after the outburst she would feel better, however she did not. In fact she felt worse. Girty flopped down on the grass and looked to the sky. The whole argument and incident of last night was running through her head. Her breathing rate doubled, her eyes blurred over with tears. "What have i done." She spoke aloud and closed her eyes wishing the ground in which she lay upon would swallow her up.

Grace jumped down the front stairs of the school and ran to the lake. Girty was still there. Good! she thought. She ran up to Girty and skidded to a halt a foot away from where she stood. "What is wrong with you? Attacking Bog with a rock! Why?" she demanded.

Girty opened her eyes and looked up to see Grace. She then covered her face with her hands to avoid having to look at Grace. "How did i guess you would come here? Where is Bog the night in shinning amour?" Girty rolled over and slowly stood up walking away form Grace.
