Keifer thought about it "Nope... definatly wasnt funny then!" he smiled. "We agree? Well aint that a first. I dont have him as a professor... I tend to.. forget about lessons when im meant to be there.." Keifer looked at Malfoy and smirked at him "Hmm.. I can think of some who are strikingly handsome in Slytherin" He smiled.

Draco rose an eyebrow, sending Brently a mildly surprised look. "Skipping lessons then? You know, come to think of it, I don't see you at any lessons at all. I think you're forgetting this is a school, you came here for the classes, not for little love affairs." Smirking slightly, Draco crossed his arms over his chest. "And Some? By some you obviously mean one, don't you?" he said arrogantly, his lips turning up slightly. "Me, of course."

Keifer laughed "It had slipped my mind this was a school. And... I dont particulary pride myself on all the 'Affairs' i have" he looked back at him "Besides, affair is a wrong word as im not actually going out with any of them" He slid down so he was sat just infront of the lake, but still looking at Malfoy. "Quick to grab the hint arent you?" He smirked, it wasnt really a question, more of a rhetorical question. "Of course i meant you, and yes i only meant one"

Draco smirked, pleased, though not showing it. "Of course. No one else can match my beauty," he said superiorly, his posture visibly straightening while he brushed off his shirt. Then, looking at Brently interestedly, he scoffed, "Not a relationship with any of them? I didn't think you'd be the sort to lead anyone on, Brently." He said distractedly, a yawn escaping him.

"Only in Slytherin?" He said indignantly. "I'd say you have poor taste, but you did call me good-looking."
His eyes locked with the Ravenclaw's and hearing his last remark, he smirked. "There are more tactful ways to have fun with another person. You don't see anyone else with their faces glued to another's twenty-four hours a day."

"Ooh.. That stung" he joked and kept eye contact. "Your not the best looking in the world Malfoy, there are thousands of guys better looking than you and you old pops" He said with a grin. He decided to try and twist Malfoys words, "So... ive got bad taste if i say your ugly... But ive got bad taste when i say your not..." He thought for a minute "God help any girl who has you as their boyfriend, they'd never win an argument.. Oh wait... Rumour has it you like a certain Gryffindor" He said pulling a face.

Draco's smirk was off his face, and he scowled as he turned to Brently. "Don't you have enough of a love-life of your own to not meddle in anyone else's?" He snapped, narrowing his eyes. "And I have no idea who you're talking about." He looked away, his fist slowly clenching.

Keifer smiled at him. That wiped that smirk off his face. He shrugged and said simply "I wasnt getting involed... I couldnt care less if you humped the entire school its none of my business" He looked away from him "As for my love-life... I wasnt aware i had one"

Draco seemed to relax and turned his gaze back to Brently. "Oh, that's right," he started sarcastically, "You don't have a love-life, you only have fun." He rolled his eyes and watched the setting sun intently. "As for humping the entire school?" He scoffed. "Some of us actually have standards."

"Hmm" Keifer muttered to himself. "Standands... well what would daddy say if he found out you were so blantantly crushing on a Gryffindor... Wouldnt be best pleased now would he?" Keifer said as he watched the sun setting beyond the hills. He turned to Malfoy and said "No i dont and i'll openly admit that."

In a split second, Draco's eyes flashed and his wand was pointing threateningly at the Ravenclaw. With a visibly clenched jaw, he threw his robes to the floor and narrowed his eyes.
"I am not crushing on any Gryffindor, and my father doesn't have a say in the matter anyway." His rage was only magnified by his words, knowing his father would have very much say in every one of his matters. His hold on his wand tightened. Who was Brently to bring up his father so casually.
Then, shoving his wand back into the sleeve of his shirt using all his self-control, he let out a noise of disgust. "You better hope we don't cross paths again, Brently. Next time I wont hesitate to hex off that stupid fringe of yours." The rage in his voice was edged with sarcasm.
And with that, he was gone, so angry he even forgot to take his robes back to the castle with him, leaving them discarded on the ground.

An inter-school owl intercepts Malfoy on his way back to the castle. It gives him a letter on thick parchment.
Mr. Malfoy it reads, It is time I saw what has become of your family. Come to my office at six o'clock this evening.
It was signed Professor Severus Snape in spikey cursive.

Keifer shrugged and stood up as Malfoy walked away. He glanced back over the lake and smirked "Not a chance" he said to himself. He looked up and simply said "I tried, but clearly he's way to defensive." Keifer walked away thinking to himself. "Too bad.. He had potential"
