Grace knew it would be the wrong move to follow him again but she couldn't go back to Jessie, not now. She watched Keifer walk and wiped her cheeks. Keifer had been there for her when she had needed him and now that he was the one hurting all she could do was make silly jokes with his ex. What a friend you've turned out to be, Grace, she though, way to go!
When Keifer had disappeared from view grace dropped to her knees and sat. She sobbed silently for a long time and felt the cool wind from the lake blowing on her back.

Jessie sat there on the grass not knowing what to do. Whats up with him today? He asked himself Hes pulling evryone close to him apart He watched as Grace dropped to her knees and sobbed. He dragged himself up eventually when she looks as if shed calmed a little...He walked over slowly "Grace...I...Um..." He shook his head it was no good "I'm sorry," he mumbled "I shouldnt have got involved with Keifer or any of his friends, I should have known I'd screw this up too..." He said tears falling down his own cheeks he turned away from her and promised himself that he wouldnt cause anymore damage between them all as he started to walk back to the castle.

Jessie turned back round and walked over to Grace. He held out his hand to lift her to her feet. He had no idea why she had called him back, she should hate him by now.

Grace's eyes were puffy and red, her breathing was short and abrupt and she had cried not only over Keifer but over her father, her mother and all the pain she had known in her life. She smiled weakly at Jessie; he didn't know anything about her troubles but she needed his help now. She put her arm around his neck and whispered hoarsely, "can you help me back?"

He looked at Grace and noticed how helpless she looked, and that her eyes were prectically begging him. "Sure I will," He said putting an arm round her ready to help her.

She looked into his eyes and smiled feebly. "Thank you," she whispered gruffly, "can you help me to my dorm? Or more or less there, get me to the sixth floor and I'll get to bed from there."

Grace nodded. "Let's just get to the castle first," she said, "let's go, I don't want to be here all day." She looked up at the castle, it's towers glistening in the late afternoon sunlight. "Sixth floor."
((so how you want to play this? End here? Or what?))
