"Yes those are a bother. I could give you private lessons if you'd like. Hogwarts is usually boring so I spend alot of time at the pitch. Just stop by and I will gladly help."

"I'll have to do that rather soon!" She smiled at the professor. She had never thought of one on one tutoring before. She looked out to the lake. It was calm, very calm, almost eary! She frowned slightly and forgot it relitively quickly.

"Of course!" Grace giggled. She looked down and saw that the professor was still holding the letter from the hospital. She smiled at Mandrake and took the letter. She folded the letter in half and looked at it. "You know," she thought aloud, "I was so sure it was from Father telling me that he was out of the hospital and how disappointed in me he was that I didn't go to his school and all. I have never been more wrong in my life!" She buried the letter into her deepest pocket and shock her head.

Grace looked up from her shoes and shot Professor Mandrake a weak smile. "There's a part of my that hopes that you're right," she whispered, "but another part of my hopes- wishes that her never made it through that first heart attack."

"Well thats another matter. Whatever that has happened in the past is none of my business. However giving his state I would try to patch things up with him. Thats my advice though, but maybe there is a part in you that wants to hate him. Girls are complex beings. Especially teen ones!" said Mandrake with a chuckle

Grace smiled at the tall man. "When I ly in bed awake," she told him, holding her chin high, "every part of my body aches from hating him but every part aches from not hating him enough." She broke eye contact with him and added sheepishly, "you probably don't want to hear my problems and I certainly don't want to repeat them."

"Your problems are your own business and seeing as how we just met, I feel you wouldnt want to share them with someone you just met now would you?" asked Mandrake

Grace shook her head. She kicked a rock and waited for the 'plop'. She would rather not. "Rather talk about something else. Like quidditch."She looked back at the professor and smiled. "Now, how would I fix my concentrating problem?"

"Never take your eyes off the quaffle. Always watch it. Make a quick sacn for bludgers now and again, but never take your eyes off the quaffle. I hope that helps." said Mandrake
