"Accio cloak" L.C shouted and before she knew it his cloak was in her hands. "Looks like you couldn't keep it out of my grasp that long does it Malfoy" She spat as she slipped the cloak on.

((I think it bears mentioning that you should've waited for Apronia, who assigned this detention, to start this thread as it is her scenario. Also, I'd like to point out that you just god modded his cloak right off his back and that's really very frowned upon.))

((I don't think that would have necessarily worked- But I'll play along))
Draco scowled, watching as she slipped on his fine cloak with a triumphant expression. "Not like I want it back now," he said icily, shivering in the wind, his white school shirt flickering against his skin. "Not after you've put it on- Though I wonder what this school's policiy is on theft," he said calmly, narrowing his eyes.
Then, smirking, he gazed at her casually, his eyes locking on the Malfoy clasp of the cloak she wore. "Then again, you're really very persistent on ridding me of my clothes, aren't you?" He added silkily, "Wonder what that Ravenclaw boy will have to say about this."

Grace had completely forgotten about detention! She ran out of the entrance hall onto the lawn. She felt the cold hit her like a wall. She zipped up her jacket and put her hands in her pocket. She headed in the direction of the lake.
When she rounded a corner she saw L.C. and Draco standing together by the lake. She wondered where Keifer and the gameskeeper were. Grace straightened out her clothes and walked up to the two slytherins with cool and calmness.
"Hey guys!" Grace said, "what have I missed? Where's everyone else?" she asked looking around.

"Oh shove off Malfoy, here you can have it back I'll just freeze" she said handing the cloak towards Malfoy. "It's not my fault it looks better on me." "Hey Grace, oh nothing just Malfoy being impossible as usual" L.C stated to the familiar Hufflepuff.

(OOC: hey, i'm not effing old!! Also, i told LC to start bickering before detention officially starts. He's right about the godmodding, though. SERIOUSLY frowned upon because we've seen too much of it, so watch it. I'm ignoring Keifer's absence for the moment since I'm assuming he's not here because he hasn't seen this thread yet. If it's deliberate, let me know somehow.)
Apronia stalked up to the students, Ferdinand by her side and a bundle of trowels over her shoulder.
"Cease your inane bickering. Ms. Mericinni, hand Mr. Malfoy's cloak back to him. You'll not need it." she began leading the way to the lake's edge. "The Cobra Slimeweed should cause you all to warm up with exertion." She stopped at a patch of ground that glistened wetly with vegetation whose tendrils waved upwards like an entranced snake. Apronia considered them all carefully, swished her wand at them. "ferre et agere*!" she murmured the advanced Summoning Charm (which was stronger and less easily foiled than a mere Accio) to take their wands away.
(*ferre et agere means "to plunder")

"Hey, I bought that, you have know right to take it away" L.C complained referring to her wand. "This is so stupid" she muttered under her breath.

"SILENCE, Ms. Mericinni. As an unlicensed witch, you use this wand only with permission of this school. It will not be truly yours until your graduation, so I suggest you cease your asinine adolescent whinging." Apronia tossed a trowel to each of them. "I expect this patch of Cobra Slimeweed to be completely evicted by the end of this detention." She swished her wand again, conjuring large bushel baskets at the edge of the past. "Uproot the plants and place them in these baskets. You will maintain low volumes of speech and contain your tempers." she glared at them sternly. "Any questions?"

"Great, now I have to get my newly manicured hands dirty, I could kill you Malfoy" L.C states. "My hands, my beautiful hands, they're melting" She stated jokingly as she put her hands into the plant patch.

"I didn't even do anything- It was that Ravenclaw. Can't keep his mouth in check. " Draco said with a roll of his eyes, looking at the patch with disgust. Placing his cloak neatly on the edge of the lake, he stared at the students begin to work and grimaced. "You really can't expect me to touch that..." Draco said with a shudder.

"Yup"L.c said as a smile spread across her face. 'Why not make detention fun' she thought. L.C then picked up two piles of the slimy substance and tthrew one at Malfoy and one at Grace.

" Apronia tossed a trowel to each of them. " she glared at them sternly. "Any questions?" (OOC: so you guys could have just used, you know, the trowels i gave you, but far be it from me to prevent you from getting dirty.) "That will be another detention tomorrow Ms. Mericcini, unless you'd prefer 30 points from Slytherin?" her eyes swept over them searchingly, lighted upon Draco Malfoy and weighed him curiously. "Mr. Malfoy, you will come see me tomorrow as well." Her less-forbidding tone suggested that his appointment was not a detention. "Does anyone else wish to add anything before you begin your work?"
