Helia was in a dangerous mood. She hadn't felt this mischevous in a long time, and she thought that her dangerous streak had just... worn out, but apparently not. She had a wicked glint in her eyes as she walked onto the empty quidditch pitch. She had checked all the team practice scheduled and this was an empty slot. She was alone, at least as far as she knew...
She ran a hand down her recently re-adjusted broom. She had taken the handle from Ron's old broom, broken it apart and melded it with her own brooms handle so that it was wide, then she'd sanded it down until the top was smooth and flat. Then she'd completly taken apart the tails of both brooms, found the least bent and twisted twigs and then replaced them, securing them with a new string. It wasn't the prettiest thing to look at by far, but hopefully it would get the job done. This was her first test run with the melded broom, and she couldn't wait to see what it would do.
She mounted and kicked off, going slow at first and doing laps around the pitch, then speeding up. 'Not extremly fast, but faster than my old broom...' she thought happily. She leaned forward and then smirked... she had built the handle of the broom oddly for a reason, she was about to see how it worked. You see, after her last HoM class she had been thinking about a trick the ancient Mr. Potter had used in quidditch... Once the broom was flying steadily she pulled her feet up underneath her, let go of the handle, and then slowly... very slowly, stood on the thick handle of her broom. She smiled 'It's just like surfing!' she said with a grin as she began rocking back and forth on the broom as if she were riding a wave. That's when something unexpected happened... -THUD- "Ouch!" Halos broom had dipped somehow, tail going over tip, and thrown her into the wall. "Lucky I wasn't flying any higher or that would've seriously hurt..." she said to no one in particular, still assuming she was alone.

"Seriously hurt? Not like you'd be missed, anyway." Draco said lazily, leaning against his broom handle after having watched her silly broom trick. Brushing some hair from his eyes, he smirked at her, "Not even by that boyfriend of yours. In fact, where has he been? Haven't seen you hanging off his arm lately. Though, that's a great thing in itself. He's too stupid and you're smart. Too smart. Smart enough to know charms you shouldn't." His eyes narrowed, and he eyed her broom before his smirk grew.
"That looks like something a Weasley would own," he said looking back at her.

"and what, pray tell, is the problem with that, Malfoy?" asked Boggleworth as he limped past him going to see if Halo was alright "just checking the competition out eh? well it looks like you're in trouble!" he grinned as he checked out Halo's new broom "you alright there Halo? I like the broom it's unique!" he laughed wondering why Malfoy had been watching Halo

Draco sneered at Boggleworth, "Why is it that you always seem to show up when you're not wanted?" Crossing his arms over his chest, he rolled his eyes, "And I don't suppose I'm allowed to fly a bit, myself? I don't really care about competition, I'm not on the team."

Boggleworth laughed, "ah tis a nasty habit I've developed! and how am I going to stop you flying!" he chuckled

"And I suppose the sun itself will turn black on the day of your funeral, Malfoy?" she asked with an equally haugty sneer. She tried to be nice, just like Prof. Algernon had told her too, but today she didn't care particularly. In fact... she was kind of hoping to get in trouble. "As for your question about Brian, I don't konw where he is... honestly I don't really care either." amazingly enough, she didn't. She had put everything she was worth into their relationship and he went off and disappeared, good for him. It wasn't her problem anymore.
She smirked at his comment about charms, "Ah, yes, would you like a demonstration?" she asked as she began idly twirling her wand with a sinister look. "I do enjoy sharing my knowledge with others you know. And you're amazingly intuitive for once Malfoy, it is indeed something that a Weasley once owned... just modified." she held her hand over the broom and said "Up." once up she set it on end and leaned against it. "And thank you Bog, I like it myself." she stated as the Hufflepuff appeared.

Draco's eyes narrowed as landed on Ollivander's broom once more, "And earlier I called you smart? Just threatening me can get you into quite a lot of trouble, Helia." He said mockingly, his lips turning upwards slightly into a small, arrogant smirk.
Then, looking back at his own broom, his eyes clearly amused, he added, "You've sunk so low that even the Weasley's are offering you charity? I suppose I should wish you good luck for your Quidditch match, you'll be needing it."
His hand had discretely began to grasp his own wand, in case she tried something tricky again. His smirk disappeared and he eyed the girl, "How's your rat doing?" He said, his voice indifferent.

Boggleworth scowled at Malfoy why do people have to be confrontational he sighed. "Malfoy, you're pushing your luck, you insult Halo and you'll have me to deal with! wait a sec why would that be scary though!" he laughed trying to break up the tension, but then he carried on "That was a nasty threat there Malfoy and if you go further, you'll be in bother!" Boggleworth said in a stern voice I'm no good at this he thought ah well

Draco looked at Boggleworth crossly, "I don't remember threatening anyone," He said slowly, irritation clearly evident in his voice. "Though, if I were going to hex someone, Boggleworth, I'd probably choose you." He said exasperatedly, dragging a hand through his hair with a sigh.

"Bog, don't worry about this. I've got it under control. If he does anything I can tattle 'cause I'm a prefect, and if I feel threatened I can do what I like and call it self defense..." she looked at Malfoy and tilted her head, "Aww, we're finally on a first names basis, Draco?" she asked in a sacron sweet voice. She picked up her broom and smiled, "Well, if it's such an eye sore, or you don't feel you should have to share the pitch with myself and my broom you can always leave." she kept up the faux-sympathy act and then re-mounted her broom, kicking off high into the air.
Once she was up she turned around so she was facing backwards, and then tilted so that she was laying on her back as she flew aorund the pitch. Not the wisest thing she'd ever done, but again, she wasn't really thinking lately.

"now you've threatened me Mr Malfoy!" Boggleworth grated glaring at him "you'd better watch it!" he nearly shouted, why did I just say that, it's not like me at all! he thought why am I so angry, I can usually handle situations but for some reason Boggleworth was getting angry some hidden anger was being released, he carefully got his wand so Malfoy couldn't see it, ready for anything then he said something totally un-expected "I can't kill them, but I'll get you instead!" he snarled what why did I say that! what am I on about Boggleworth was very confused

Draco scowled as he watched Ollivander take off into the air, not giving him a chance to retort. However, Boggleworth seemed to have said something and he turned to him with surprise, "What?" He raised an eyebrow, "What are you talking about?"
"I didn't even threaten you, Not real-" He was cut off by Boggleworth's insane babble and narrowed his eyes. "Get me instead?" His hand instantly took grip of his wand, more of instinct than anything as he didn't actually believe the Hufflepuff loon could harm him.

Boggleworth found himself, muttering a spell Incarcerouswhich he'd never learnt. He was quick though, before Malfoy could move he'd been binded. He then shouted "Expilliaramus" to disarm Malfoy too. He then advanced on Malfoy with wand raised. But suddenly he came to his senses and just stared at him.

Willow was walking around the Quditch pitch when she had seen Draco and she then decided to go and see what was going on as she got closer she hoped that Draco did not have a problem with her.

Helia finally turned over and looked back down where the boys had been talking. "What the hell?!" she thoguht and quickly landed. She stormed over to Bog, "What in Merlins name do you think you're doing Gully?!" she asked staring hard at him, "Sure Malfoy can be a major pain sometimes but... what's he done to desrve this?!" she asked in reference to the ropes that bound the slytherin, and the fact that his wand was feet off. "What's wrong with you Bog?" she was starting to wonder if he was feeling well or not. This wasn't like him, he would never do something like this unless Malfoy had hurt someone else and it was obvious that that wasn't the case. At least at the moment. Besides, Bog was too loyal to his position as a prefect to pull something like this.
