He was just about to tell himself off when he seen on the other end of the hall. Four students. He wandered almost lazily over to them. Not aware of his precense, Mandrake let out a little cough.

"Save it boy. Now I really dont think you are prefroming your prefect duties, nor do I think Mr. Mcfinnigan is a prefect at all." Said Mandrake very seriously. "Now A teacher in this situation would give you a detention. But Im going to give you something else." Mandrake let out an evil laugh, " A warning to be quiet." Mandrake let out a little chuckle, "You better keep it down before a responsible teacher comes along. Bye all." said Mandrake and he walked away giving them all a little wink.

"Actually yes, I am," he said. "And, if you'll allow me to comment on something, you guys are being very inefficient if you're trying to catch students. You want to split up and be quiet, not be loud and in a group. I mean, it was pretty easy for me to find you with all the racket you were making, so imagine how easy it would be for other kids to elude you. I suggest, that we split up! Forgive the Scooby-Doo line."

Boggleworth admired Fin's guts and confidence, "giving orders to prefects are we?" he asked mock seriously "you'd better watch it! only problem is I'm a softie! ah well, but actually this is a very rare occurence, we never usually meet or go round as a group, in fact I usually see hide nor hare of any other prefect! but anyway I shouldn't be divulging such information to a non-prefect, so run along now!" seeing Fin's expression he smiled "only joking! though whatever you do don't start ordering others around!" he grinned.

"I will order people around whenever the urge strikes me thank you very much!" Fin exclamed, with the same mock-anger that Boggs had used.

Boggleworth decided to carry on the game, "you will do no such thing!" roared Boggleworth in a perfect teacher like voice, he chuckled at Fin, "and if the urge strikes you bottle it up and order a fish around! you'll find nobody will listen!" chortled Boggleworth

"Hey man, I suggest yoiu just step back, and let somebody with real leadership qualities command this little outfit, such as myself!" Fin nearly yelled, trying to hold back a chuckle.

"real leadership qualities! you!" Boggleworth said increduously "I think you'll find there is no leader here! we work as an effective team!" he said synically wagging his finger under Fin's nose, "don't try my pataience young man! You'll find the sharp end of my pen, taking points off your house!"
