"I know it didnt" she looked at malfoy. His face was an utter picture. "To bad i dont have a camera that would work here"

Draco finally let his hand slide off his cheek. There was only one other person who had ever dared slap him, while the others were too afraid by the consequences.

"My father will hear about that!" He finally snarled, his shock slowly creeping away. Then, he turned toward the pair, almost gagging as he saw them biting each other.

"Get a room! That is not something one likes to see while eating," Draco looked down to his plate, disgusted and pushed it away far from him. "Strawberries."

"One second" she whispered to jerred. She stood up and walked over to draco. She sat down next to him and put her arm around him. "Let your father hear about it... see what i care. Ive taken on bigger fish than your dim witted father. Oh and does your face hurt? Im not afraid of anyone. Least of all you." she whispered in his ear. "Strawberries chocolate and oranges actually. Or is it you really want my attention focused on you on not jerred? Would you like me to bite you little mouse?"

Draco sneered, pushing the arms off him and stood superiorly in front of the girl. "My father is not dimwitted, he is a very powerful ...Ministry Official... that can put you and your family in its proper place. That lovely house right near The Burrow."

Smirking, he grabbed a slice of apple from the nearest plate and stared at Rivers, his eyes flashing. "I wasn't the one that came over here, Rivers. It seems as though you're trying to capture my attention... Oranges and chocolate indeed. Remind me to never touch either again, I don't want to taste anything like Bonehead over there, if someone does ever get the pleasure of biting me."

She stood up facing up to him. She grabbed him by the scruff of his neck. "Like i care what you say? And i care if your fathers an official? I think you need putting in your place. And bring your father into this if you so desire. I will speak to him the way i speak to arrogant slimballs like yourself" she threw him onto the floor and he landed on his back. Kim walked over to him and put her foot on his chest and leant on him. "Why would i want your attention? Im not the one picking fights all the time." She ran her tongue over her lips. "Chocolate, strawberrys and oranges. Mmm. Nicest thing you'd ever taste. And i pity ther person who bites you. Wouldnt find much pleasure in it personally. Be scared of what i might catch" she said pulling him back up and slapping him fiercly again. "Id be careful who i'd cross if i were you. Especially since youve picked me, chase, fin, helia and jerred to be enemies with. Weve faced fiercer fights than you"

Draco held his cheek once more, his eyes blazing with fierce hatred. It brought back the many memories of the slaps he had gotten when mouthing back to his father. You think my father is harmless? Well you're wrong, he thought before brushing off his robes and staring at the girl, rage clearly shown on his face.

Pushing her, he watched as she stumbled slightly but held her footing. "You think you can bully me around, Rivers?" He said, grasping for his wand in case the girl decided to do anything similar to what she had before. "If you feel fit to physically harm me, then I shall do the same."

Then, brushing a hand through his hair, his rage disappeared and he stared at her with a smirk. "You're afraid of what you might catch? Don't worry, I don't touch the Hufflepuff's nor Gryffindors, I'm perfectly clean. Can't say the same for you, though, can I?"

Then, looking around the great hall, he swung around arrogantly, taking long strides toward the door.

Kim ran after him and stood infront of him. "I never said id bully you around. But theres no way im standing around saying and doing nothing when your the one that starts all this." she glared at him "I feel fit to do whatever i please to you." She laughed at him "Yeah i dont know what diseases youve got malfoy. And whats that supposed to mean? Your clean because you dont touch hufflepuffs or gryffindors? I dont particulay think ive been near one like that. And even if i had what difference does it make? What is it malfoy? running away from me in fear of what i could do to you next?"

Draco stared at the girl in front of him before sighing exasperatedly. "Move." He said, rage showing through his voice. Seeing her disobey he narrowed his eyes.

"I don't have any diseases," He said, before rethinking that statement. "Unless being absolutely gorgeous is a disease," he added with a smirk.

Then, pocketing his wand he straightened out his robes. "I'm not running away, I never run away." His eyes flashed and he took a step closer his fists clenched. "You can't do anything to me, except throw a few punches and rough me up a bit. On the other hand, I... I can destroy your life." He then pushed his way past her, walking steadily away, half expecting her to follow once again.

Kim stood there. But she turned to him. "Well from where im stood it would appear your running away. And no.. Being gorgeus isnt a disease, but your not. You look like you hit every branch falling down the ugly tree."

She walked over to him eventually and grabbed his arm. She pulled him round to face her "And one thing malfoy. Im not scared of you destroying my life. In fact i dont care. Ive lost more or less everything i thought was worth living for. So trust me.. you'd be doing me a favour" she looked away. "Yeah i can throw punches and all that. And i can do more than just rough you up" she eventually let go of his arm. "Think about those" He'd managed to hit a nerve

Draco smirked at the girl before shaking his head, pulling his arm away. "You've come to the wrong person if you're expecting pity," he said, locking eyes with her. "I don't care about your pathetic little life, Rivers. Why don't you go off and tell your problems to some silly Hufflepuff."

Turning away, he brushed back a lock of hair that had fallen into his eyes. "Also, I've never been in contact with an ugly tree. All the trees at the manor are perfect, just like everything else about the Malfoys."

She glared at him. "Wanna know something malfoy? I dont care for pity. I simply said i dont care if you destroyed me.. Big difference. And leave the hufflepuffs out of this. Malfoys? Perfect?" she held onto the doorframe to stop herself from falling she was laughing that hard. "thats funny" she carried on laughing "Thats the best laugh ive had in ages. The malfoys.. perfect.. Thats a good one.. I thought you were serious for a minute" she stood up strait. "Just stay out of my way and out of my face malfoy. Im bad news where your concerned and ill make your pathetic-run-to-daddy-cause-i-cant-handle-people-myself life hell"

Draco's smirk disappeared and he scowled. "We are perfect," he said, ignoring her harsh laughter. "We have wealth, power, good looks," he paused, tapping his fingers lightly as he counted. "Important ties, Brilliant minds and loads more than you'll ever have." He said, his fingers slowly retreating back to his palm, his hand balling into a fist.

"And, if you haven't noticed, I've been trying to get out of your presence. You're the one who keeps provoking me," He smirked, "Maybe you're just as bad as I am, Rivers." He said, his voice cold and his eyebrows raised.

"I dont deny you have power and wealth.. but good looks is one thing you dont possess. You certainly dont have brilliant minds." she looked stirnly at him "Maybe i am just as bad as you Malfoy" she laughed again "But thats one thing you wont find out"

Draco smirked, "Your hatred from me is clouding you from seeing the truth. I do have a brilliant mind, if you have been paying attention to class. My father has shaped me into a most intellectual young man."

Then, his smirk simmered down slightly. "As for good looks, I am much more attractive than your friend, Bonehead. You just obviously do not have very good taste in men."

Turning away, Draco began to walk before stopping once more. "Please do try to stop following me," he said, his smirk clearly heard through his voice. "I know I have a pull to most young women, but control yourself!"

He grinned to himself, knowing she was absolutely fuming.

"Your pull on me malfoy has nothing to do with looks. Its one that screams slap him" she laughed

"And ive never been in a class with you. I very rarely go.. I only attend divination really and those classes have been postponed due to.. an.. incident" she laughed "So ive not had the pleasure of seeing your great mind in action."

she then glared at him as he reffered to jerred "Leave him out of this. He's way more attractive than you. Are you sure you never ran headlong into a bus.. you do know what one of those is dont you? You'd look cute as a ferret.. But thats about it. I think ill report you to the dog pound" she turned and began walking back to the table.
